This  fishs name is “Five-barred goatfish”
The interesting thing of this fish is a name.
In Japan, this fish is called "Ozisan"
An "Ozisan" means a middle-aged male in Japanese.
There are the other meanings an "uncle."
The origin of a name is because  mustache.
It look likea middle-aged male.

I have not eaten this.
But, it is said that this becomes edible and is delicious.
